Initial Intake - up to 2 hour session, in office or Telehealth

Individual Therapy - 1 hour session, in office or Telehealth

Family Therapy - 1.5 hour session, in office or telehealth

Parenting Coaching - 1 hour session, in office, in home, or Telehealth

We are currently working on becoming credentialed with several insurance plans. Until that time, we will require self-pay. We hope to be in-network with some insurances as of June-July 2023. You have the option of beginning therapy at a self-pay rate and switching to insurance rates once credentialing is secure.

PLEASE NOTE:  Couples/Family therapy is usually not a service covered by insurance.  These therapy services will be a self pay service only. Parenting coaching is not covered by insurance and will be a self pay service only.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations without a 24-hour notice for therapy will be billed at $50 

All no shows without a 24 hour notice for therapy will be billed at the full rate of the therapy session.

These fees will need to be collected before the next appointment. 


METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

We can accept payments via credit or debit card, FSA, HSA, and cash.

We do require a credit card on file before your first appointment. This card will be used to charge copays, coinsurance, self-pay charges, no show and late cancellation fees, and any other charge determined to be patient responsibility.  Your card on file will be charged within 1 day of your appointment.  If you need to change your preferred method of payment you may do so through the client portal or by contacting us.


OUTSTANDING BALANCES

All outstanding balances will need to be paid in full in order to continue scheduling appointments.  We hope this will eliminate larger bills that come as a surprise and are then difficult to pay.  In some cases, payment arrangements may be made.
